Fall 2026 E-Contractor Academy
Join our upcoming Fall 2026 E-Contractor Academy focused on helping contractors navigate public procurement opportunities. aBOUT THE E-CONTRACTOR ACADEMY
The Municipal & Agency Procurement Pathways (MAPP) E-Contractor Academy is a FREE 5-week training program for contractors looking to work with public agencies and municipalities in MA. In partnership with Boston Housing Authority (BHA), the program will use the BHA procurement process as a case study to delve deep into procurement best practices. Through a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, participants will learn how to navigate public procurement processes, understand public contracts and compliance, and strengthen their business capacity and financial readiness.
Who Should Attend?
We encourage applications from:
- Licensed general contractors, builders, and tradespeople.
- Businesses that have been in operation for at least 1 year.
- Established construction businesses in MA that primarily serve or are based in under-resourced and low- and moderate-income communities. For example, such communities in MA include, but are not limited to, Gateway Cities such as Chelsea, Everett, Lawrence, Lowell, Lynn, Malden, Quincy, and Revere.
- Apply even if you don’t meet all the criteria!
The E-Contractor Academy will enhance your technical and business skills, provide knowledge and access to capital and project opportunities, and build key networking connections.
