The Project Manager works within the Civic Infrastructure team to support equitable program and policy design and implementation for building decarbonization.

 

The Project Manager is responsible for curating and producing resources, delivering training & technical assistance (TA), and supporting the evaluation of programs involving collaborations among government agencies, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other stakeholders. Key focus areas will include community engagement and capacity-building, community benefits planning and accountability, and economic inclusion through workforce and contractor development.

 

Location: Remote (Preference to DC)

The Workforce Development Manager is an Emerald Cities Collaborative employee and helps implement, coordinate, and market ECC-SoCal program initiatives. The position reports directly to the SoCal Regional Director but is part of the larger SoCalREN program team. The Workforce Development Manager will partner with the Director of Human Resources to implement HR strategies and programs.

 

The Workforce Development Manager will help lead our initiatives to enhance skills and organizational success. This role will focus on developing workforce development strategies while integrating Human Resources functions.

 

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

The Grants Manager will play a critical role in securing resources to help advance ECC’s mission by managing funding opportunities from government, foundation, corporate, and other funding sources to support ECC’s national offices and five regional offices.

 

The Grants Manager collaborates across departments to stay current with ECC’s evolving programs and needs, translating these into compelling, data-driven proposals and reports that reflect ECC’s impact.

 

Location: Remote
