Open Position: Director of Internal Audit and Compliance

Under the supervision of the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, the Director of Internal Audit and Compliance is responsible for ensuring that ECC is compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and funder requirements. The incumbent will assess ECC’s grant monitoring and reporting systems and make recommendations for improvement where necessary. In collaboration with the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, this position is responsible for reviewing the accounting policies and procedures and recommending policies that will safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
