TTriss Williams Renard is an Economic Inclusion Manager at Emerald Cities Bay Area. She brings over a decade of instructional design and many years advancing strategic and just climate solutions in non-profit and energy efficiency sectors, focused at the critical intersections of diversity, equity and inclusion, green workforce development, sustainability education and organizational change. With roots in environmental justice communities, TTriss is deeply committed to collective transformative impact centering benefits and leadership of traditionally excluded and overburdened communities in a just and equitable energy transition. For six years, TTriss was also a self-employed educator in France. Prior, she developed and implemented advanced models for operations and supply chain optimization. She is passionate about bridge building and systems change for racial and climate equity. Utilizing her business background and experience launching California’s investor-owned utility career and workforce readiness program supporting disadvantaged workers in accessing family-sustaining energy efficiency careers, she partners with MWDBE contractors and ECC affiliates on capacity building for climate-critical infrastructure projects. TTriss holds a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and French from Scripps College and an MBA with Sustainability and Decision Sciences focus from San Francisco State University.
