Shanette Anderson is the Senior Program Manager for the Southern California region. Born and raised in Los Angeles, and Shanette currently resides in Ontario, CA also known as the Inland Empire. Shanette has been around construction all of her life, starting with working at her grandfather’s hardware store as a teenager. Shanette’s passion for construction has led her to be an advocate for small, local and diverse construction firms looking to navigate the world of construction in the public sector. Always on the go, Shanette can be found traveling, attending a play, a concert, or just finding something fun to do.
