Serafina Bon Tempo is the Northeast’s Economic Inclusion Manager. Serafina will primarily be working with contractors in Western Massachusetts to develop the E-Contractor Academy there. Originally from Massachusetts, she has worked in different industries and cities all over the state. She was previously at Green Jobs Academy where she ran the weatherization training.
