Sandra Lee is an Economic Inclusion Manager for the Northeast team at ECC. She formerly worked at Jobs for the Future, where she focused on systems-level change in the education and workforce development fields. Her career started in direct service as a youth worker at a local Boston community-based organization and that experience shaped Sandra’s commitment to centering youth voice in her life’s work. Sandra has deep expertise in youth development, particularly focused on immigrant youth and young people of color. She is excited to expand her portfolio in workforce development and focus on green jobs and the green economy. Sandra enjoys spending time with her family and connecting with people over good food. Sandra is a proud alumna of Boston Public Schools, Boston University (double terrier!), and Institute of Nonprofit Practice.
