Carlos received his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of California Berkeley. He previously worked for America’s Job Center of California, where he focused on aiding individuals in finding suitable employment in high-growth sectors.

Outside of work, Carlos is an avid car enthusiast. He often attends car shows or works on his cars.

He also enjoys spending time with his beloved french bulldog, Taz.
