Carli is an Economic Inclusion Manager for the Bay Area region of Emerald Cities. She has spent multiple years in the energy efficiency and renewable energy space working with several technologies and with different regulatory entities. She comes to Emerald Cities from Energy Solutions, an energy efficiency consulting firm, where she implemented utility incentive programs that promoted LED deployment, demand response solutions, and community solar development. As a project manager, she was a lead program administrator for the Oregon Community Solar Program and collaborated with utilities, the public utility commission, solar developers, and community stakeholders to develop equitable program policies. She has experience doing load shed calculations, audits, and project scoping work with city governments, small business, and farmers who have installed demand response controls within their facilities. In her spare time, Carli enjoys hiking, dancing, auditioning for musicals, making art, and organizing trivia games.
