The  Felipe Floresca Fellowship Cohort

As a national cohort, fellows will convene on a monthly basis over webinar or in person. Within the cohort,  Felipe Floresca fellows are responsible for completing an annual project. Over the course of the year fellows will be planning the project and prepare to execute it in the Summer Quarter of their fellowship.

High Road Skill Development & Expert Sessions

Trainings will be a national and local partnership. A fellow will receive specific  training through their local supervisors based on the needs and requirements needed on the ECC local site. As a national cohort, fellows will convene on a monthly basis where they will receive workshops from experts in the field or training on specific skill sets. This will help broaden a fellow's perspective and get a sense of the High Road Ecosystem.
